Specialized Experience To qualify at the ZP-02 (GS-7) grade level: Applicants must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZP-01 (GS-5) in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following: Experience with developing, deploying & debugging cloud applications. Knowledge of key features of Cloud Service Providers. AND Attention to Detail - Is through when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; know about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sounds judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks. NOTE: YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR TRANSCRIPTS OR SUPERIOR ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: Demonstrated by a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university education in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks, with one of the following. A grade point average (GPA) of 2.9 or higher based on a 4.0 scale for all completed undergraduate courses, or those completed in the last 2 full years of undergraduate study; A GPA of 3.5 or higher based on a 4.0 scale for required courses completed in a major field of study, or those courses completed in a major field of study during the last two years of undergraduate study; Class standing of upper third of the graduating class in the college, university, or major subdivision of the college. Membership in a national Scholastic Honor Society certified by the Association of College honor Societies, excluding freshman honor societies. All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions. To qualify at the ZP-03 (GS-11) grade level: Applicants must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZP-02 (GS-9) in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following: Experience with performing critical analysis and code reviews of cloud services. Coordinate testing efforts to identify and resolve cloud integration issues. Understanding of application lifecycle management. AND Attention to Detail - Is through when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; know about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. • College Transcript: If you are qualifying based on education, submit a copy of your college transcript that lists college courses detailing each course by the number and department (i.e., Bio 101, Math 210, etc.), course title, number of credit hours and grade earned. You must submit evidence that any education completed in a foreign institution is equivalent to U.S. education standards with your resume. You may submit an unofficial copy of the transcript at the initial phase of the application process. If course content cannot be easily identified from the title of the course as listed on your transcript, you must submit an official course description from the college/university that reflects the content at the time the course was taken.
