The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.
Duties
Support development of strategies, policies and priorities to integrate and advance USIC intelligence capabilities and collaboration initiatives across the IC, and intelligence sharing related to Europe.
Support ODNI leadership travel and engagement with European partners, coordinating across the USIC and with local DNI-Representatives to develop appropriate background materials and talking points.
Support efforts overseeing alignment and synchronization of intelligence relationships in Europe (including with EU and NATO).
Collaborate across ODNI offices, supporting coordination of actions and activities.
Routinely work directly with foreign partners and DNI representatives in the AOR.
Work collaboratively across all ODNI stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with National Intelligence Council counterparts and liaising with appropriate ODNI staff to ensure full coordination of staff packages.
Provide staff support to the briefings to senior IC officials and other major stakeholders on collaboration progress, issues and challenges.
Contribute to senior briefings to senior IC officials and other major stakeholders' collaboration, process, issues, and challenges.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Ability to anticipate issues relevant to the IC and US Government and recommend/implement needed actions to address regional concerns.
Exhibit the skill and ability to drive mission impact, collaborate with interagency working groups, maintain coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals, and engage with foreign partners.
Ability to assist with implementing integration strategies for IC initiatives and programs.
Oral and written communication skills, including ability to draft and edit written reports of varying length and complexity, and to communicate effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise.
Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in both independent and in a team or collaborative environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, to include time sensitive deliverables for senior DNI/IC leadership.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
Desired Requirements:
Analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives.
Experience and familiarity working intelligence relationships in the area of responsibility, including knowledge of IC foreign disclosure and sharing policies.
Ability to implement integration strategies and solutions for improvement.
Education
Bachelor's Degree.
