About the Position: Serve as a Program Analyst in the Requirements and Capabilities Division, Joint Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO), Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7.
Duties
Manage web-based knowledge management systems within both the Army and Joint communities in order to execute staffing and adjudication of comments necessary for validation, approval, and storage into a central repository.
Review programs to ensure necessary resourcing across the total life cycle to include pre-systems acquisition, systems acquisition, and sustainment.
Identify related materiel issues, development of alternative courses of action, and preparation of a coordinated position for decisions at senior levels.
Use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze all aspects of both materiel and non-materiel requirements, acquisition, and development of new and product improved equipment.
Represent the Division at briefings, meetings, or conferences.
Prepare executive correspondence for senior to include executive summaries and approval memorandums for service and approval.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Travel by commercial aircraft and other public/private conveyances are required in going to various CONUS and OCONUS locations on official business.
- Have or be able to attain an Official US Government Passport.
