As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding.Manager of the Procurement and Real Estate Policy Branch in the Acquisition Policy Division of the Acquisition Policy and Oversight Directorate.
Duties
Provides leadership and guidance to formulate and implement FAA-wide procurement policy for products, services, and real property. Identifies and directs projects and manages a subordinate staff that performs legislative and policy research and analysis and authors policy, guidance, contract and lease clauses, forms, and other documentation for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA's) Acquisition Management System (AMS). Reviews and evaluates proposed changes to procurement policy created by others and oversees content of systems and tools used to deliver AMS related information.

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
