This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Duties

Provide enterprise application hosting and system administration for all applications. Manager the day-to-day information assurance and cyber security requirements. Perform systems administration and Information Assurance/Cyber Security administrative support of common services for systems and applications.

Addition to meeting the Basic Requirements above you must also meet the specialized experience below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes applying state of the art Enterprise Applications hosting technologies and/or cloud computing technologies (virtualization, routing, servers, storage, security, and application development) and knowing when life cycle replacement and server maintenance requirements are needed; applying systems integration methods and IT security principles and methods to plan and coordinate the installation of new products or equipment; identifying and anticipating server performance and determining when new or additional hardware/software will be required; understanding the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and its controls, sufficient to support an Enterprise Data Processing/Hosting facility and be within compliance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service (GS-11 or equivalent).
