About the Position: Serve as the initial point of contact for all Army Community Services and provide relocation resource information and referrals.

Duties

Assist in administering the Relocation Assistance Program providing military members, retirees, civilians, and their families with resource information and referrals. Interview clients to determine their current relocation status and assist with developing a plan to reach their relocation related goals. Plan and conduct a variety of Relocation Readiness Program briefings. Collect, maintain, and analyze data for planning and reporting purposes in accordance with program guidance. Maintain resource files and client case records in accordance with regulatory guidance.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position has a requirement to lift up to 30 lbs. in the regular performance of duties.
  • This position may require you to work overtime.
  • The duties of this position require you to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
  • This position requires you to maintain accreditation standards based on AR 608-1 Army Community Service.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages.
