This position is located at Cheyenne Shadows Golf Course. This position is a FLEX position. FLEX positions can be worked anywhere between 0 - 40 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed. Duties

Collects sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary. Maintains related cash records. Keeps work area clean and orderly. Sets tables, seats guests, records guests' selections and turns in orders to the kitchen. Serves food and nonalcoholic beverages. Presents bill and receives payment. Cleans tables and immediate area. Prepares fruits and vegetables for cooking and serving. Makes a variety of fruit and vegetable salads. Portions out food, cleans and prepares meats and seafood for cooking. Checks food during cooking to prevent overcooking. Washes dishes, pots and pans. Empties trash and cleans and sanitizes containers. Unloads trucks and places contents in proper storage and use areas, brings supplies to work areas. Clean floors, walls and windows in kitchen, dining and storage areas. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of4 hours refresher training annually.
• Must meet state/local age requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages.
• Certificate of Medical Examination is required.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
• Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.

Qualifications

1. Experience or training that indicates knowledge skills and ability to perform the duties of this position. Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English and possess basic math skills. 2. Able to bend, stoop, walk, and reach frequently. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds. Skills and Knowledge: 1. Able to work alone. 2. Know the proper use of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions. 3. Know simple food handling techniques. 4. Able to work safely. 5. Able to serve uniform individual portions and avoid distractions when several guests ask for different items at the same time.6. Able to use simple arithmetic.
