Duties

Assist management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures. Issue, receive and control cash receipts and change funds; verify cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determine cash shortage or overages. Assure only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submit daily report of operations. Assist in setting up parties according to party plan. May assist bartenders in setting up bar and/or cashiers bag. Complete Daily Activity Report. Complete fire safety checks and secures the facility. May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software. Key Control.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• This is a flexible position that there are no guaranteed hours. Must be willing to serve in a continuing position on a scheduled or as needed basis.
• Attend Team Member Orientation within the first 30 days of employment.
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• May be required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. 2. Must meet state/local age requirements of (19) for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. 3. Skill in providing customer service. 4. Ability to communicate effectively. Best Qualified Criteria: 1. Experience opening and closing a facility, processing daily reports, and 1 to 2 years of leadership experience. Or 2. At least 1 year experience working in a bowling or family entertainment facility. 3. At least 1 year experience working in food service. 4. At least 1 year experience cash handling experience.
