The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.

The National Intelligence Council (NIC) consists of the most senior intelligence analysts supporting the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in carrying out responsibilities as the head of the Intelligence Community (IC) and as the principal adviser to the President for intelligence matters related to national security. The NIC produces a variety of all-source, IC coordinated intelligence reports, including its flagship product, the National Intelligence Estimate, which represents the Intelligence Community's most authoritative statement on a key national security issue.
Support the NIC by providing technical and administrative support to business operations and provide guidance on requirements and resource planning for staff elements and activities.
Provide administrative support and policy guidance for planning and implementing NIC Business Office program requirements and ensure proper alignment with the ODNI strategic plan.
Provide administrative assistance to the NIC's Business Office on a full range of business management responsibilities to include Human Resources, space and logistics, executive management, acquisition analysis, and contract administration.
Develop and execute agency-wide operational procedures, business practices, and communicate to all personnel.
Coordinate facility and logistics management requirements within the NIC.
Oversee the NIC awards program. Manage and execute internal and external NIC associated awards boards and processes.
Support in the management and coordination of strategic and tactical projects, execute action taskings associated with assigned projects, and provide project status and reporting.
Provide back up support to NIC Front Office Executive Assistant by organizing the Chair' and Vice Chair's schedule, ensure read-ahead material is prepared/provided for meetings, speaking engagements, and conferences; and support the coordination and logistics of any travel needs.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the IC mission, organization, roles, and responsibilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products.
Analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically and identify needs, requirements, and develop recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member, and proactively manage competing priorities under strict deadlines.
Interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain professional networks across organizational boundaries to exert influence.
Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex information from multiple sources.
Desired Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
COTR Level I Certification or ability to quickly gain certification.
