You will serve as a EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, SERVICES ASSISTANT of NAVENTOMOLOGYCEN OF EXCELLENCE.

Duties

You will be responsible for maintaining/providing database report of all equipment for current fiscal year and in priority order. You will monitor the approval of requests for technical approval of equipment designated to be of special interest. You will assist in serving as command liasion for determining equipment needs and procurement plan of action. You will review and certify equipment upon receipt and ensure it complies with the terms and conditions of the contracts.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in written and oral communication to present findings and make recommendations to a variety of internal personnel and representatives within the organization. Experience utilizing various computer applications to complete spreadsheets, databases, and graphics to make necessary recommendation to improve effectiveness and efficiency of command missions. Experience utilizing Government Purchase Card (GPC) procedures and regulations to obtain GPC Holder certification and purchase equipment and supplies. Experience utilizing problem solving, workload planning, and technical competencies.
