About the Position: This position is located with the Integrated Logistics Support Center, Industrial Base Operations and Maintenance Integration Directorate.
Duties
Develop, revise, appraise, and review directorate procedures involving Material Master Data elements.
Develop and coordinate the establishment of new or revised procedures, methods, and practices of a complex nature within and between the various operating organizations after thorough analyses of effect on the various operating segments.
Review comments submitted by various organizational segments and refines, alters, and clarifies when necessary, prior to submission to higher authority.
Performs functional reviews of requests of end user requests, evaluates compatibility of requests utilizing the Material Master Cell processing guide and various regulatory guidance to ensure data integrity.
Plan, develop, and implement new concepts and techniques for improvement of Material Master Cell functions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- This position has a data analytics requirement. The incumbent must meet all requirements for data analytics level 1 certification within 12 months of being placed on the position.
- The duties of this position require occasional temporary duty (TDY) travel.

To qualify, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which includes: Preparing routine analytical status reports of trends or problems as indicated by supply data; Investigating deviations with supply systems to determine and take corrective action; and utilizing various logistics programs to provide accurate supply information.
