Duties
Provide advisory services to agency management regarding enterprise-wide impact of Order Fulfillment functional process performance issues that require coordination with process analysts and subject-matter specialist throughout the enterprise.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the implementation of proposals for improving KPIs, metrics, and other process performance critical data to ensure Order Fulfillment process area is meeting performance targets.
Provide expert guidance to lower level Business Process Analysts (BPAs) on the interpretation and application of enterprise-wide Order Fulfillment processes and procedures
Work with the Process Owners, the Customer and/or Supplier Operations organizations to provide oversight of procedures for new logistics functional process initiatives
Conduct and/or lead analysis and investigation of issues impacting the Enterprise Business System (EBS) Order Fulfillment process
Develop and coordinate new/revised processes, procedures and business rules and audits business for compliance
Consolidate written reports containing concise findings and recommendations for improving enterprise-wide Order Fulfillment functional process and policy effectiveness, and system performance.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supply Systems Analyst, your qualifications must include: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify for the GS-13 grade level, specialized experience must be at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Investigate Order Fulfillment process issues and develop innovated solutions.
Identify and/or develop Order Fulfillment process-specific performance data.
Serve as an expert analyst and advisor to senior agency management on Order Fulfillment functional program/process improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Order Fulfillment process area.
