Duties
Serves as the supply systems analyst expert and analyzes issues across all sites where processes related to Plan to Stock and Order to Cash are executed.
Serves as lead specialist over Order to Cash and Plan to Stock related issues and problems of particularly high visibility and criticality to the agency.
Identifies, develops and manages Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Analyzes and evaluates KPIs, metrics, and other process performance critical data to ensure activities are meeting their performance targets as it applies to audit sustainment.
Develops future Order to Cash and Plan to Stock strategies and plans in coordination with requirements personnel and others.
Provides enterprise-wide Order to Cash and Plan to Stock improvement recommendations to Process Owners and Enterprise Business Cycle Owner.
Serves as expert analyst and advisor to the Enterprise Business Cycle Owner, Process Owners and other senior agency management on functional program improvement initiatives, and the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Assesses the impact of policy/legislative requirements from DoD and Congress to determine the required action.
Coordinates and responds to major Congressional, GAO, or IG investigations, audits, and/or inspections.
Analyzes and participates in development of DLA positions on legislative matters, as well as in the development of proposed legislation.
Establishes quantitative parameters for program execution, determines resource needs, evaluates impact of resource constraints, and recommends action for Process Owner approval.

Qualifications
To qualify for an Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform
the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must
possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service,
military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only),
time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the
announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Experience establishing quantitative parameters for program execution, determining resource needs, evaluating impact of resource constraints, and recommending actions for Process Owner approval.
Experience identifying, developing, and managing Order Fulfillment and related activities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Experience analyzing and evaluating KPIs, metrics, and other process performance critical data to ensure Order Fulfillment and related activities are meeting their performance targets.
Experience designing comprehensive surveys and studies involving the formulation, coordination, and implementation of long range plans and enterprise programs.
Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of governing regulations, principles, practices, policies, laws, precedents, and guidelines covering the assigned processes.
