Duties
You will acquire, manage, and allocate resources to execute one or more complex projects.
You will manage, lead, and perform professional engineering and scientific work involving electronic circuits, circuit elements, systems, and associated phenomena concerned with electromagnetic or acoustical wave.
You will develop, test, and evaluate information systems, analyzing design constraints and analyzing trade-offs and detailed system and security design throughout the systems lifecycle.
You will manage and complete multidimensional, complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentor's others regularly ensuring appropriate succession, etc.,
You will apply oral and written communication skills t interface effectively with personnel at all levels.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Lead the design and development of modernization efforts through application of Systems Engineering (SE) and/or local & enterprise networking, enterprise applications, and network timing to apply these technologies to a shore based Very Low Frequency (VLF) application.
