Duties

Maintain and repair equipment and facilities in an industrial environment requiring intermediate up to advanced level of facility maintenance skill in a variety of trades, including masonry, concrete, carpentry, welding, plumbing, painting, and mechanical. Perform work independently and as a member of a work team consisting of different trades, and/or by providing technical direction to co-workers or helpers. Operate and use a variety of equipment, machinery, and tools, such as cranes, welders, farm tractors, motorboats, forklifts, motorized man-lifts, light trucks, front-end loaders, road grader, tractor-trailer rig, large trucks with snowplows, impact wrenches, grinders, etc. Comply with safety instructions and regulations, ensuring individual's safety and promptly reporting unsafe acts, conditions, and accidents to the supervisor.
