As a Lease Management Specialist, you will operate as a onsite project manager, responsible for managing a leased building inventory and administering GSA lease contracts for assigned buildingsThe Services Center Division is dedicated to the operations, maintenance and technical support of the region’s facilities providing work environments, allowing tenants to focus on their core missions and business.

The GS-09 salary range starts at $61,408 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected (2024 General Schedule Pay Table). To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is assisting in lease administration programs and activities. This experience must include reviewing leases and realty transactions to understand general commercial lease concepts; communicating orally and in writing to address routine issues; and under the direction of a higher graded Lease Administration Manager, preparing lease management documentation, tenant communication, and record keeping.
OR
Education may be substituted for specialized experience: Have a master's (or equivalent graduate degree such as LL.B. or J.D. as specified in qualification standards or individual occupational requirements),or 2 academic years of progressively higher level graduate education; and/or at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level in the Federal service.
OR
Have a combination of graduate education and specialized experience that when combined together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
The GS-11 salary range starts at $74,299 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected (2024 General Schedule Pay Table). To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is providing technical advice and guidance on lease administration programs and activities. This experience must include reviewing and analyzing leases and realty transactions to ensure financial accuracy; communicating orally and in writing to address routine issues; and identifying, researching and analyzing lease administration issues and providing solutions and recommendations to management..

Education may be substituted for specialized experience: Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or have successfully completed 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. To be creditable, graduate education must be in one or a combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.

Have a combination of graduate education and specialized experience that when combined together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
