This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Deputy Commandant for Operations, Assistant Commandant for Capabilities (CG-7), Office of Cyberspace Forces (CG-791), Washington DC.
Duties
This position focuses on human resource initiatives, providing talent management to recruit, retain, and mature the Coast Guard’s (CG) Cyberspace workforce in accordance with the Cyberspace Workforce Human Capital Plan.
Requirements

Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-14: Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lowest grade level (GS-13 level) in the federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Specialized experience includes experience: You will need to meet 4 out of the 6 bullets below:
serving as the workforce policy advisor on human resources matters;
designing and conducting comprehensive management studies of workforce planning and work directly related to cyberspace functions;
conducting in-depth analysis of current and future workforce/training development needs;
implementing and maintaining a workforce development program;
planning, designing, and carrying out programs, projects, studies, and other work directly related to cyberspace functions; and
developing human resource strategies to meet present and future cyberspace operations.
