Office of the Administrator and assigned offices require a subject matter expert, point of contact and analyst and advisor on the evaluation of the effectiveness of government programs and operations, administrative management support issues and operational requirements that are essential to operations.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience directing the administrative support activities, including budget and HR, for the Office of the Administrator’s assigned Offices.
Experience serving as the principal advisor to the Director the Executive Office of Operations on developing and managing policies, procedures and plans affecting the overall administration of the organization and provides technical assistance and direction to others on administrative requirements and internal controls.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Administration and Management - Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation, and production.
Compliance - Knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring programs or projects for compliance with Federal laws, regulations, and guidance.
Computer Skills - Uses computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work.
Manages and Organizes Information - Identifies a need; gathers, organizes, and maintains information; determines its importance and accuracy, and communicates it by a variety of methods.
