You will serve as a Training Operations Support Assistant (OA) of TRAWING FIVE.
Duties
You will update monthly training plans and instructors' flight hours, syllabus event qualifications, off-line standardization exams and evaluations due for renewal.
You will ensure all required documentation, such as medical clearance, training and qualifications are properly filed.
You will prepare safety-brief packet for new student check-in dates.
You will generate flight schedules.
You will issue publications and training aids to students and instructors.
At the GS-04 level you will perform all duties as they are assigned.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You may be required to travel on detachments for up to 3 weeks. You must be willing to travel by commercial/government conveyance.
Qualifications
GS-04:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates the ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
GS-05:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing clerical and administrative work. Specialized experience should include some or all of the following; creating/updating/maintaining automated/manual training records/files; utilizing automated databases and software; maintaining inventory of training publications and training aids; and reviewing and preparing correspondence.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-04: 2 years above high school
GS-05: 4 years above high school
