This position is located in Support Services, Roseburg District Office, Roseburg, OR.

Duties

You will serve as the Roseburg District lands and realty program leader with responsibility for the development and/or review of lands and realty application, plans and programs. You will have accountability for the lands and realty program’s outcomes and timely results. You will provide District-wide leadership, management direction, and program coordinator for lands and realty. You will lead the District’s lands, realty, and rights-of-way employees in accomplishing work, achieving tasks, and meeting program service and production goals. As the District’s lands and realty expert, you will complete the more the difficult and technically complex work assigned to the team. Utilizing experience and knowledge of project management principles, you will independently plan and coordinate work, track costs, monitor progress, and provide status briefings to management.

Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying: Specialized Experience: You must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following: (1) Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects to include establishing a system to review, control, and report on project status; (2) Preparing detailed action plans and schedules for long and short-range project accomplishments; (3) Conducting technical reviews, maintenance, and monitoring; (4) Analyzing plans, proposals, or ideas to assess their merits and the potential impact of proposals to make technical changes and develop alternatives to projects; and (5) Creating and implementing long-term, administrative records. TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. You must include months, years and hours per week worked to receive credit for your work and/or volunteer experience. One year of specialized experience is equivalent to 12 months at 40 hours per week. Part-time hours are prorated. You will not receive any credit for experience that does not indicate exact hours per week or is listed as "varies".
