This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, ENFORCEMENT. The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert and liaison between the Office of Enforcement and the litigation support team within the Office of Technology and Innovation.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the CN-60, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the CN-53 grade level in the Federal service. (For qualification purposes, the CN-53 is broadly equivalent to the GS-13).Specialized experience for this position includes: Providing advice, assistance, and technical support in electronic discovery processes and systems to support investigations and litigation of an organization; AND Assisting in the management of electronic data and document collections and the operation of eDiscovery systems; AND Managing projects involving the development and implementation of eLaw solutions to meet an organization's information system requirement; AND Performing document data analytics and utilizing advanced artificial intelligence tools to facilitate and prioritize document review by litigation teams. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
