This position is located at the Fitness Centers BLGD's 148, 170, and Outdoor Gym, Patriot Blvd, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.

This is a "Flexible" position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans.
Duties
Assist in the planning markets and conducts an ongoing program to provide conditioning programs for facility users.
Instructs in the proper conditioning and training for aerobics and muscular fitness, and flexibility.
Conducts group physical exercise classes and personal training sessions.
Physical Evaluation, Program Design and Instruction.
Basic administrative duties.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must be willing and able to work irregular hours to include Federal holidays, weekends, and evenings.
Qualifications
Qualification Requirements:
Demonstrated work experience that enables the candidate to independently carry out a basic physical fitness program, and a Fitness or Personal Trainer Certificate.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Are those candidates that possess both the minimum qualifications above and all of the following:
Possess experience working at a Fitness Facility-Center/ Gym/ CrossFit Gym-Boxes
Have experience conducting group physical exercise classes.
Experience performing general administrative duties.
