Duties

Manage a business activity. Develop, recommend, and enforce operating procedures. Represent the activity to the public.  Conduct customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Develop budgetary data. Evaluate financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise sales, marketing, etc. Supervise assigned staff.

Requirements

• Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first thirty (30) days of employment.

Qualifications

Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Best Qualified Criteria: 1. At least 2 years of management experience. 2.
