Duties

Coordinate on the programming budget, funding, and manpower functions of the installation. Analyze the initiatives and recommend viable strategies for implementing sustainable organizational change. Ensure program management plans, reports and reviews are developed, coordinated, and distributed in a timely manner and to a quality standard. Formulate plans and provides managerial expertise regarding all aspects of staff operations throughout the Directorate and supports all assigned programs. Assign and review work to be performed by subordinate personnel, establish performance standards, and evaluate performance of subordinates. Present explanatory and technical information to be considered in the review and analysis process for the determination of functional projects and programs.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position meets the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. Detection of the presence of drugs is warranted. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening and random testing.
  • This position requires you to be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • This position is a Domestic Violence Offender Gun Ban commonly referred to as Lautenberg Amendment. This act bans individuals convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence and certain others from possession or access to firearms or ammunition.
  • This position requires you obtain and maintain a valid stateside driver's license.
  • The duties of the position require Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

About the Position: Executive Officer to the Installation Manager/Director of Camp Stanley Storage Activity (CSSA), a US Army Material Command Ordnance industrial operations and storage facility. Provides expert guidance and assistance in the management of complex projects, studies, and action items, keeping the Installation Manager /Director informed of critical developments and providing expert advice on the administrative aspects of various problems or situations that may arise.
