You will serve as a MANAGEMENTE ANALYST in the Civilian Programs Management Office, G-1 Department of MCRD ERR PI SC.
Duties
You will analyze and evaluate methods and techniques to identify and resolve administrative, pay, and timekeeping issues and problems.
You will develop measuring criteria, procedures, and instruments to meet the needs of assigned study. Researches and analyzes information and develops new information about the subject studied.
You will work with manpower analysts and human resources specialists to ensure all personnel changes are correctly processed into the Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS) to include appointments, transfers, and separations.
You will receives review, interpret, and apply all regulations governing the government Telework program in relation to all program activities.
You will analyze functions and services performed by the civilian workforce to identify workforce scheduling issues and furlough designation.
You will collect, review, evaluate, and interpret data related to comp time and overtime to determine civilian manpower requirements for the creation of new billets, upgrades or restructuring.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing analytical tools in the development and evaluation of manpower data, resolving technical personnel issues, and providing guidance on performance management inquiries.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
