You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (PREV WF) in the Navy Manpower and Reserve Affairs (ASN M&RA) of OFFICE OF FORCE RESILIENCY.
Duties
You will serve as a Program Analyst and is responsible for influencing and aligning command climate assessments and understanding their impact on the organization's programs, through interactions with program staff and other stakeholders.
You will be responsible for command climate assessment coordination efforts to evaluate outcomes and impact for key strategic efforts across the enterprise.
You will provide guidance and advice to leadership regarding command climate trends, analysis, data collection, and dissemination of information to support commands in improving command climate.
You will develop processes, programs, instruments (i.e., surveys, focus group protocols, etc.), and systems to measure the reach and impact of program initiatives.
You will communicate and coordinate with relevant staff on an on-going basis in order to fully integrate a community approach to sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic abuse, and suicide prevention.
You will develop sexual assault, sexual harassment, suicide, domestic abuse, and integrated prevention policies and operational guidance for leadership.
You will develop responses to inquiries from the Executive Office of the President, members of Congress, and others for data and information on policy program areas.
You will perform other administrative tasks such as: answering phones, taking messages, managing calendars, conference coordination; preparing high-level briefings and conducting requisite planning and preparing leadership for these briefings.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with command climate assessment coordination efforts to evaluate outcomes and impact for key strategic efforts. Providing guidance and advice on command climate trends, analysis, data collection to support commands in improving command climate. Develop policy and operational guidance referring to sexual assult, sexual harassment, suicide, domestic abuse, etc.
