Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Budget and Performance, in Washington, District of Columbia. Duties

As a Chief of Staff, you will perform the following duties: Reviews and provides feedback on reports and deliverables related to the Federal Budget or Congressional Budget processes. Interprets, coordinates and aids Senior Executive implementation of budgetary policies for a large organization to include budget administration and integration of financial management. Interact with Senior Executives and staff to coordinate priorities and the vision of the Budget Director and Chief Financial Officer. Streamline and improve operations and optimize Customer Service. Coordinate with program managers and employees to carry out decisions made by senior leadership. Manage and monitor projects for completion and submissions in accordance with the suspense date. Arrange and coordinate meetings to discuss and analyze tactical strategies in relation to personnel issues, financial management procedures, special projects, and executive correspondence and tasking.
