You will serve as a IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN) in the ADMINISTRATION AND RESOURCES DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will serve as an IT Project manager for Communication and IT equipment, software, materials, and services capital planning, budget and execution and fiscal requirements.
You will conduct Capital Planning and Investment Assessments for Communication and IT requirements, equipment, goods, services, capabilities, including return on investment analysis, leveraging principles and methods of capital investment analysis.
You will employ advanced analysis and programming technologies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Communication and IT systems design and life cycle management.
You will perform a range of budgetary and procurement actions, to include support services and capabilities ARI provides to its HQMC customers in the areas of Communication and IT equipment, goods, services, and capabilities.
You will provide advice on Communication and IT fiscal matters such as how the budget will be used; the timeframe in which it will be used; the amount and type of funding; the trends in the obligation and/or expenditure; and the effects of changes.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
GS-13:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting capital planning and investment assessments and analysis, prepares and justifies budget planning, and employs advanced analysis and programming technologies for efficient and effective Communication and IT system designs.
GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing return on investment analysis, meeting workload timelines for Communication and IT Programming related work, and understanding of advanced analysis and programming technologies for effective Communication and IT system designs.

Education: All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions
Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
