You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will serve as an integrator and advisor for enterprise-wide Base Operating Support programs across Navy Installations.
You will advocate to leadership on those program areas where technical approaches need to be redirected to overcome critical, unforeseen difficulties and unsatisfactory results.
You will have comprehensive knowledge of a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness.
You will decide what needs to be done through extensive investigations and independent analyses of the nature and scope of problems to make those decisions.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
Developing plans, coordinating, organizing and managing a broad range of programs and services addressing Base Operating Support.
Appling policies, procedures and legislation to develop program goals, objectives and performance measures in support of Base Operating Support programs and initiatives.
Analyzing a wide range of strategic information and prepares reports, proposals and briefings while advocating as necessary to express the Navy enterprise position regarding Base Operating Support matters at the strategic level.
