About the Position: This position is located at the National Guard Bureau ARNG Support Activity, PECOPS and TRNG Division, Camp J.T Robinson, Arkansas. About the Surrounding Area: Camp Robinson is home to the Professional Education Center (PEC) and its 75-acre campus consisting of 25 buildings and a total staff of approximately 420 military, civilian contractor personnel. We annually provide instruction to over 20,000 members of the military force.

Duties

Manage the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) Process for Recruiting, Retention, and Attrition Management courses at the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels. Translate analysis data into an outline for learning by creating a blueprint for learning product development. Conduct a wide variety of analysis by providing subject matter expertise in matters of training analysis. Develop data collection instruments such as interviews, questionnaires, and checklists.

OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M.
