Duties
You will designs custom forms as required for internal branch use working from rough sketches and using prescribed methods and procedures utilizing various databases and reporting software.
You will act as the branch’s point of contact, insuring proper maintenance, filing, and routing of branch, base, and departmental directives.
You will compile monthly data call from eMH Scheduler, Reception, Inspections, and Complaints modules and any other AdHoc reports required for Monitoring Matrix (MMx) submission.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience, one year of which is equivalent to at least GS-4 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.General experience must demonstrate the following: Preparing a variety of materials in final format to include correspondence, reports, and other documents as directed.
