You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER (INSTALLATIONS & FACILITIES) of ASN EI-E WASHINGTON DC.

Duties

You will be responsible for executing highly complex, technical approaches and developing DON-level policy and guidance for facility and real property policy and programs. You will prepare analyses and recommend actions to support compliance with facility and real property policies and laws and to affect purchasing and requirement development. You will develop facility and real property policies, review and advise on technical solutions, and advise on politically sensitive issues.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. Experience utilizing DOD 5000 Acquisition policies, requirements, and implementation procedures. Experience with DON policy and legislative liaison process, modeling and simulation techniques, and creation of Infrastructure Key Performance Parameters (eKPP).
