You will serve as a BUSINESS ANALYST in the BUSINESS ANALYSIS OFFICE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.

Duties
You will design and conduct management reviews and provide advisory services to all level of Command on management systems and practices based on the tenets of leadership, strategic planning, client focus, and satisfaction.
You will manage business planning committees and task forces, guides and shapes long-range decisions to ensure workload addresses future high priority customer needs and requirements.
You will coordinate development of reasonable long-range goals and implementation plans for adding new products and capabilities.
You will gather, organize, and evaluate data required for develop the command's Annual Execution Plan.
You will track and publish progress of the command's objectives.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to posses a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized. Examples of qualifying experience may include: 1) Designing and conducting management reviews on command and management systems and practices; 2) Gathering, organizing and evaluating data to develop annual execution plans; 3) reviewing internal systems, processes or product/services to fulfill business requirements; and 4) Identifying and analyzing command and corporate issues to improve capabilities.
