You will serve as a Management Analysis Officer assisting with the management of requirements, resources, and policy issues related to allied and coalition interoperability in information warfare. You will coordinate U.S. and foreign navy systems interoperability requirements across OPNAV, the Fleet, the acquisition community, the Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of Defense (DoD). This position is located at DNI/DDNI OPNAV SUPPORT STAFF, Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia.

Duties

You will serve as the coordinator of U.S. and foreign navy systems interoperability requirements. You will identify and document requirements and program resources to meet coalition interoperability objectives. You will coordinate and document Navy positions, staff tasker packages, plan international meetings, and conduct briefings to Navy, Intelligence Community (IC), Joint, Department of Defense (DoD), and coalition stakeholders. You will serve as a representative of the U.S. Navy in coalition interoperability forums and coordinate coalition interoperability activities.

Requirements

• This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilize knowledge and expertise of current and planned maritime U.S. and partner nation intelligence and information warfare systems to meet coalition interoperability objectives; Use planning, programming, and budgeting (PPBE) automated systems and processes to manage resource allocation related to allied and coalition interoperability in information warfare; Provide counsel and assistance to senior leadership in matters impacting information warfare, including conducting assessments of current and emerging capabilities and capability gaps, developing and documenting courses of action, and presenting oral and written reports to facilitate decision making.
