Duties

You will make program plans that control and monitor for the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) program, increasing it's efficiency and ensuring fulfillment of cost, schedule, and performance objectives. You will develop spend plans for line(s) of business enabling effective use of the program to satisfy Navy and OSD fiscal benchmarks. You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative to manage and oversee the execution of prime contracts You will prepare and deliver briefings to all levels of leadership (e.g., PEO, and stakeholders), including flag officers and senior executives.

Requirements

  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
  • Generally, current federal employees applying for APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. This requirement is called time-in-grade. Time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Administrative and Management experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: . Maintaining, Monitoring, planning, or Programing of Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) and other IT systems; and fulfilling the cost, schedule, and performance objectives of assigned programs. Ability to develop comprehensive program plans to enable the effective, efficient execution of assigned programs. Fulfilling the cost, schedule, and performance objectives of assigned programs.
