About the Position: This position is located at the United States Air Force Academy, duty location Colorado Springs, Colorado. Incumbent will serve as the Management Analyst.

Duties

Serves as focal point for matters regarding organizational human resources to include classification and position management, staffing and placement, civilian hiring policies and procedures for direct hiring authority for Defense Health Agency authorizations. Serves as liasion between Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) and executive management. Participates in executive level discussions, meetings and serves on panels or committees. Advises commanders, supervisors and managers on civilian personnel issues.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • A National Agency Check w/inquiries (NACI) is required.
  • Immunization screening is required.
