This position is located at US Mint,Headquarters-Off of the Dir/Chief Administrative Officer/Human Capital Directorate. As a Human Resources Specialist (Employee and Labor Relations), you will manage employee and labor relations issues, the drug free workplace program, performance management, benefits for the United States Mint.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Be sure all experience is documented in your resume by indicating place of employment, job title, length of time performing the duties, and the name and contact information for the supervisor. We must be able to verify this experience in your resume in order for you to receive credit. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:-Experience independently performing AND leading a labor relations program administration, including guiding and advising managers on labor-management relation and employee relation issues, as well as interpreting and applying ER/LR related polices; AND-Experience providing guidance in the following areas: negotiations, conduct, performance, attendance and dispute resolution.
