What will I do in this position if hired?
This position is being hired in compliance with the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Fire Assistance Act to staff the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Fire Claims Office within FEMA.

To qualify for this Program Analyst position at the IC-12 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-11 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:
Preparing reports, and presentations both orally and in writing to diverse audiences including senior management, program staff and external stakeholders.
Planning, organizing, and executing program evaluation activities within established timelines and budget constraints.
Engaging with stakeholders to gather insights, solicit feedback and build consensus around the evaluation of findings and recommendations.
