You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT SEATTLE.
Duties
You will maintain files and employee records (e.g., position descriptions, training records) in accordance with policy.
You will perform clerical support (e.g., typing, filing, data entry) for a human resources office.
You will update customers on the status of requested information.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:sector 1) Interpreting military regulations regarding military processing and enlisted recruiting; 2) Preparing reports or briefs to submit to management on enlisted programs; 3) Providing guidance to personnel regarding enlisted programs.; 4) Utilizing computers and software to perform a variety of basic automated operations and functions, such as inserting, deleting and editing various transaction data, sorting and retrieving electronic documents or files and preparing reports.
