Qualifications

MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum one year experience in a related recreational activity. Knowledge of proper outdoor recreation equipment to include mountain bikes, boating operations to include recreational boats to meet program demands. Knowledge of boat safety procedures, care and minor repair of outdoor equipment (bikes, kayaks, etc ...) is preferred. Skill to demonstrate activities and use of related facility equipment. Skill to learn applicable MCCS policies and procedures. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Strong customer services skills required. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance. Must have a valid drivers' license.
