Duties
Prepares business cases for application of IT solutions.
Develops overall systems and functional requirements and specifications.
Responds to and resolves problems with software, hardware, and systems management.
Develops cost estimates for new or modified systems.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: serving as an expert in the gathering requirements for cloud native systems; oversees creation, testing and acceptances of AWS cloud resources; responds to and solves problems with AWS cloud services; and ensures the extensive application of security information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the delivery of application software services in a cloud environment.
AWS Cloud Engineering Infrastructure knowledge preferred
In addition to the above specialized experience, your resume must demonstrate one year of Information Technology (IT) related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:

Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
