Duties
Establish internal operating procedures and policies for the Division plans workflow, and lay out functions.
Participate in the formulation of budget and manpower requirements pertaining to the Division.
Provide advice and assistance on controversial problems encountered by subordinates.
Conducts personnel administration.
Select employees for placement and promotion and ensures accurate position management.
Establish performance standards and prepares formal evaluations of subordinate performance and recommends awards.
Supervise the acquisition of real property for all civil missions within the district boundaries.

GS-14: Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes applying technical expertise and oversight for highly visible real estate programs involving internal/external stakeholders. Specialized experience also includes troubleshooting real estate execution issues, assisting with strategic planning, advising senior leadership, and enabling program and execution of work.
