Duties

Establish internal operating procedures and policies for the Division plans workflow, and lay out functions. Participate in the formulation of budget and manpower requirements pertaining to the Division. Provide advice and assistance on controversial problems encountered by subordinates. Conducts personnel administration. Select employees for placement and promotion and ensures accurate position management. Establish performance standards and prepares formal evaluations of subordinate performance and recommends awards. Supervise the acquisition of real property for all civil missions within the district boundaries.
