As a Realty Specialist (Lease Contract Officer), you will oversee lease policy and training and perform pre and post-award lease file/project reviews in the capacity of Lease Policy Advisor.
Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Leasing Division, Portland, OR or Tacoma, WA.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
Incumbent must possess and maintain a Senior Unlimited Lease Contracting Warrant.
Requirements
- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
- Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959

The GS-14 salary range starts at $124,865 (Portland) and $129,451 (Tacoma)per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience in the management of a real estate organization, division, program or project responsible for realty policy development and implementation concerning complex lease acquisition operations. Such experiences must demonstrate duties related to lease acquisition functions, auditing or reviewing lease files, development, implementation and training on policies and procedures, interpreting and applying regulations and laws associated with a reality program; real estate trends; market drivers; and experience operating within a matrix management organizational environment.
Education
A warrant requires a minimum of 24 semester hours (or equivalent) of business college coursework or a bachelor's degree.
