About the Position: This position serves as a Program Manager within the Mission Command Center of Excellence (MCCoE), Center for Army Leadership (CAL) in the Assessments Operation Branch, Fort Leavenworth, KS.

Duties

As a Program Manager, you will perform duties to include, but not limited to the following: Responsible for ensuring that assessment lifecycle management policies and initiatives are developed for the "Leadership and Education" domain. Coordinate, integrate, and synchronize lifecycle management policies and initiatives with the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leader Development, Facilities, Policy (DOTMLF-P) domains. Provide management oversight and evaluates leader development programs for all Force Modernization and 17 Army Branch proponents assigned to TRADOC major subordinate commands, centers, schools, and activities. Evaluate and approve revisions to the career long assessments and development system, to include concurrent tests of validity and reliability and data analysis. Supervise division personnel based on individual capabilities and workload. Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
