You will serve as a Supply Technician in the Port Operations Division of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.

Duties

You will enter supply transactions or data in an automated supply system. You will oversee government purchase card holders to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. You will inventory supplies to confirm accurate stock levels of material and equipment. You will speak to a customer regarding inquiries on the status of requisitions, delivery of material, and other supply related questions. You will prepare supply reports to regulate inventory and budget expenditures.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Comply with federal government policies and regulations when using a government issued purchase card to order supplies and parts; 2) Maintain supply and inventory records; 3) Analyze and report maintenance and repair actions; 4) Utilize automated supply systems records to provide cost analysis to managers and supervisors.
