You will serve as a Supply Technician in the Control Division, Fuel Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR.
Duties
You will assist in the preparation and monitoring of various organizational programs and projects such as the annual budget for the Fuel Department.
You will consult and coordinate with Fuel Department key personnel for all material, equipment, and service requirements.
You will review and coordinate requests and requisitions for all supplies, material, and contract services for the department including requirements supporting maintenance of facilities.
You will operate and maintain the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial system and is responsible for inventorying, maintaining, and obtaining all required supplies, equipment, tools, and safety clothing.
You will operate vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to transport, load or move material. Prior to operating MHE, conducts daily safety checks for proper operation of safety features and documents any deficiencies.

- This position requires occasional travel.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Supply Technician experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that demonstrates a thorough knowledge of fuel department regulations, policies, procedures, and project requirements/status. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Utilize supply support function experience required in a Department of Defense (DoD) industrial environment to enter purchase requests in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software program; 2) Provide problem identification, analysis, information gathering, and development of solutions to logistical problems; 3) Operate vehicles and material handling equipment (MHE) to transport, load or move material; and 4) Provide knowledge of standardize supply, purchasing, and accounting regulations and procedures to coordinate supply actions, clarify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
