This position is a located in the Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers' Compensations Programs (OWCP), Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC), Branch of Outreach and Technical Assistance (BOTA). Incumbent will conduct customer experience studies and research and analysis of program related data and present findings to improve OWCP management and program operations.
This position is inside the bargaining unit.
Duties
The selectee will report to an assigned DOL office location on a regular basis and be eligible for telework as determined by agency policy. This is not a remote position. Offices are located in Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, Jacksonville, FL, Kansas City, MO, Lakewood, CO, Long Beach, CA, New Orleans, LA, New York-Manhattan, NY, Norfolk, VA, Philadelphia, PA, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, or Washington, D.C. Advertised salary reflects the pay range for the above locations. Upon selection, the salary will be set in accordance with the selectee's assigned duty location.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Requires a probationary period if the requirement has not been met.
- Candidate required to obtain the necessary security/investigation level.
Qualifications
For Management and Program Analyst (CX Strategist) GS-13:
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-12 in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.

Examples of specialized experience must include all of the following:
Identifies and implements customer experience (CX) and human centered (emotionally intelligent) designed tools and methods for an organization or department.
Develops quantitative/qualitative techniques and methods for gathering data to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of customer experience initiatives.
Collects, analyzes, and presents stakeholder feedback and information intended to be consumed by stakeholders and the program to make recommendations for an agency or company's internal and external customer experience program, products, services, and delivery.
