Duties
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs with contractors and building management to ensure a safe and functional workspace
- Manage facility and furniture requests by submitting tickets, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution
- Review travel authorizations and vouchers for accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to internal policies
- Process travel authorizations and reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation, coding, and timely payment
- Provide guidance to staff on travel policies, restrictions, and procedures to minimize compliance risks
- Review purchasing records to ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and program requirements
- Resolve purchase order issues by liaising with vendors, procurement personnel, and internal stakeholders
- Assign parking spaces according to established criteria, manage waitlists, and coordinate with building management

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-08 level (ZS-IV at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as:
- Managing facility operations tasks including coordinating repairs, submitting work orders, and tracking progress to ensure timely resolution
- Review and process financial transactions such as invoices, travel claims, or purchase orders, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines
- Provide administrative support to programs or projects including scheduling, maintaining records, drafting basic correspondence, and coordinating with stakeholders
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
