Architect, design, develop, test and deploy data driven web applications and information systems.

IT Competency Requirements: For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Developing web applications as well as big data processing and analysis; Using postgresql database; Leading/overseeing others in development and building of web applications; Using web languages such as: PHP, Laravel, Python, JavaScript, Vue, or Angular; and Consulting with customers and subject matter experts to refine requirements.
Education: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
A Subject Matter Expert (SME) will conduct a quality review of your application and supporting documentation to determine if your qualifications meet the criteria for referral to the selecting official.
