About the Position: Information Technology Cybersecurity Specialist (Applications Software), GS-2210-13, position for the Directorate of Production Engineering at Tobyhanna Army Depot.

Duties

Serve as lead application software developer for broad and complex Army Cyber Operations in support of the Army/Joint initiatives. Draft project plans, identify resource requirements, assign tasks to project members, report progress, and ensure customer and management involvement throughout the software development process. Resolve critical issues affecting the configuration of the IT infrastructure and coordinate the demonstration of new and enhanced applications to customers and management. Perform needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved IT solutions. Serve as a consultant, providing personnel and project teams with software engineering and project management support to meet established DOD, Army and organizational standards.
